KidCare America and Thrive Student Centers are guided by the following core values: Christ-Centered: The staff and volunteers of each after-school center are fully devoted followers of Jesus Chris and the monthly theme-based curriculum reflects scripturally teaching and values. Holistic: The mentoring after-school ministry meets the spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of the students who attend the center. Long-Term: The mentoring after-school program of each after-school center are equipped to deal with at-risk students. In-Your-Life-Mentoring: Each center has a low student to mentor ratio (5:1). This allows each student to receive personal, individualized attention from a Godly man or woman who is willing to walk with them through life. Each mentor partners with the student's parent(s), school officials, social service professionals, and community leaders, helping the students live up to their full potential.
