ITraining- Leverages technology providing the same intensive after-school training without the travel. It combines Two 90 minute Audio sessions with KidCare America National Trainers, along with self-study reflected in a secure courseroom to a cohort of no more than 10 other training participants. For each participant the weekly audio sessions and self-study reflected in the course room should take no less than 7 hours and no more than 10 hours per week. The entire ITraining takes five weeks to complete. When you have completed your ITraining you are ready to start the process of opening the KidCare America or Thrive Student Center in your community.
